To open an account on hb22, you must provide accurate and complete information. Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. The account holder is solely responsible for all activity on the account.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time through our support. hb22 reserves the right to close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms
• Fraudulent or dishonest activity
• Suspected money laundering
• Providing false identity
• Operating multiple accounts

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on hb22 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). We accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposits must come from your own account — third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). The withdrawal process is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is approved. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended in the following circumstances:

• If KYC (identity verification) has not been completed
• If the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met
• If suspicious activity is under investigation
• If multiple withdrawal requests are pending at the same time

4.3 Accuracy of Payment Information

You must use a payment method registered in your own name. hb22 will not be responsible for any loss arising from incorrect payment information provided by you.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on hb22 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, if you deposit ৳15,000, an additional ৳15,000 bonus will be added to your account.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering or betting requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the total bonus amount before withdrawing the bonus funds.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A user is not eligible to receive a specific bonus offer more than once.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the set time period from the date the bonus is received, the bonus will be cancelled.
• There may be restrictions on using bonuses for certain games — please read the detailed terms of each offer.
• hb22 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
